During Spring 2008 Year 5 studied persuasive and unbiased reporting, focusing on documentaries and advertising. In groups, children were asked to produce either a documentary on a subject of their choice or an advert for an imaginary product. Documentary makers had to research their topic, carry out interviews, plan, video and edit their report. Advertisers had to script, film and edit their advert. Lucie's Movie
